I have a quick post today, seems more like a (Sunday) Weekend Wandering post…but I felt I had to share this with you today.
The older I get, the more these natural-ingredient remedies appeal to me. In a previous post, I told you about my adventuring into the world of Essential Oils, which I’m using in more ways than I ever dreamed I would. I guess I got over the voodoo-hippie notion : ) You should see my drawer of scents, all therapeutic-quality so I am no longer a dabbler (surprise).
You’ve heard of “Oil Pulling” – using coconut oil for gum and teeth health, right? Oil Pulling with coconut oil can actually re-mineralize your pearly whites and reverse decay.
Uck. Pretty amazing process.
Well, I just heard of an alternative that is even better. It is faster than the 15 minutes of swooshing and pulling a spoonful of coconut oil. For me and a lot of other busy (ha) people, that time, alone, could make the difference between doing the process or not. Are you ready?…Instead, simply swish, twice, using Wheat Grass powder dissolved in water. There are many benefits of the chlorophyll found in wheat grass, especially if you are already experiencing mouth/teeth problems.
I found a good YouTube video that explains it all. Enjoy! And let us know if you try it and the results.
Process: Pour clean, as in purified, water into a small glass (shot glass works great), stir in 1/4 tsp wheat grass powder. Swish 1/3 to 1/2 the mixture for a couple minutes and spit out in sink, repeat til done. That’s it. Do 1-2 times a day.
Thanks for Meeting Me Lakeside,
Before I go…gotta say this…Hey, Phil, did you gag watching the video?
